Great Blue Heron Takes Off From My Neighbor's House

When I lived in the North, the only way to see these birds was to leave the city. I walked around the corner of my house one day, camera in hand to document some brickwork there, when I looked up to see a Great Blue Heron atop my neighbor's house. He took off just as my shutter clicked.
