OOOPS, I thought you were GONE, I am making more apple butter! my house smells good again . App,lesauce was on sale again this week :>)

I cannot find a brand of apple butter without high fructose corn syrup and that is a no-no for Al's healthy heart diet.

What do you use/put Apple Butter on MizT

Apple butter has NO BUTTER, it is a fruit spread,
you start my making or purchasing ( if lazy like me) apple sauce, then cook and cook with spices and some sugar till it is thick and dark and glossy, and it will not run off your toast

Now, is NIW THE RIGHT TIME?
