Beautiful day here! School day after a long weekend. Just found out youngest son forgot his belt, name tag and flute. He'll either get demerits or detention. Of course it is not his fault! Hopefully, the rest of the day will go better.

JUNE, I want to know about Curried Sausages, and are they really made with hot dogs? So many 'sausages' are off limits to us now, I would welcome another recipe I can adapt to fat free (FF)hot dogs.

I have a casserole I made with any type sausages. I now make it with FF hot dogs. I put a couple white otatoes in the microwave to bakd while I assemble the rest. cut up 4 of hot dogs into bite sized lengths, add a couple servings of cooked green beans, and a couple servings of diced tomatoes, some dry minced onion. Sprinkle some cheddar cheeese , add the hot potatoes, and stir, Put into the microwave till heated throughout, and just fore done, add another sprinkle of cheese on top. If I have a LOT of time, I make a cheese sauce with the cheese and use that instead. I like the really sharp chedar when i can find the fat free kind.
