I apologize for not thanking you for your welcome but I had problems thinking of a gift that would be unique and appropriate. Hi Gail, I missed your mum. Either I had the wrong house number or she was off shopping for bargains...
Had a wonderful time in Adelaide except the weather kept us indoors.
The first 3 days was wet and cold and we forgot to take jumpers.... who knew - December!!!
Then we had 2 nice days where we went to the swim centre. Then the rest of the days were in terrible hot and dry 38C plus weather where we hybernated near the A/C. I never got to take the kids to the zoo which is a pity.
Great to see my relatives though.

Thank you for stopping by! Thank you also for the kind words about Jenny. We are very proud. It has been a long road for her. She worked very hard in the lower grades. (Catholic school.) We did a lot of homework every evening. Then we homeschooled for about 6 years. Her last two years were in the local high school. I never asked for perfect grades from my children, but....I did expect them to do their best.

I'm here to stay in my new form. My head is still spinning from Christmas, followed on the 29th by my mother's 90th birthday, followed by New Year. Still have house guests and am looking forward to getting my life back and spending more time on Sudoku.

Well I'll encourage Mum to the sudoku site - I'm sure she'll enjoy it. She mostly uses the internet to email relatives. All of my family, other than my parents, my siblings and our children live in the Netherlands. She has always written and phoned relatives and friends on a regular basis, but is starting to enjoy the instant communication, especially now Dad has been diagnosed with Altzheimers. She still finds the internet difficult to negotiate and waits for us to come over and problem solve for her. :)

G'day mate, next Friday sounds good. I'm all back home safe and sound.
Now I just need to get the insurance sorted, to get the damage done, by the lightening at my place, fixed; cold showers are not for me, dead computer (two actually) is no fun either, how can I get my Sudoku fix?

Hi Gail, just dropping by as I have time to do that now! The kids are sleeping late (reading until too late at night - D#1 is reading something by Tamora Pearce, D#2 is reading Harry Potter 6) and hubby is back at work, so I have lots of time to myself - boy I missed that! Hopefully I will be working later in the year, but that will mean less sudoku!!

Hi Gail. I don`t know if I have a problem with the server or this is a general error.
When I go to open the page for Sudocu.com.au there is a sign that says "server error in application". Althogh I can open the Sudoku puzzle page to my page and send this message to you and any other of the members that have sent me messages in the past. Do you know something about this probelm?
