WELL Stella, your posts are comming through, and YOU GOT A TOPPs , way to go Stella! I might have some competition again if you get back full time. Rola is not competetive now. she is avoiding TOPPS for some reason.

Stella, I am doing like during competition again, work and chat! just finished folding laundry on the bed behind my computer hehehe, now it is on to sorting clean or dirty on all the clothes I have placed on my chair! i had a spell of headaches since you been gone and I got rather careless in putting away my clothes!

Just about to leave you girls. I just spent the last half hour with said 17 yo sitting on my lap, dragging me through MySpaceland kicking and screaming. As if this wasn't enough! Most of my 'friends' are mates of the girls. I've always treated them as my kids whenever they're here so know they all call me Mum. Hey, I've been called worse.

GAIL, a good way to keep up with what your girls are doing! but it can be adictive, My 35 year old single daughter is on there, you would think she is a teenager !!

OH STELLA, I just found a long sleeved shirt at the bottom of all those clothes! Now can i at least pretend it has been lost in the laundry cycle? Not that I have not emptied that chiar since I wore long sleeves last? heheheh

Sorry about that, none of the programs were closing on the computer. Well, I should get back to cleaning since I have to leave in 2 hours for the awards ceremony. I did put a picture (I think) of one the new horse statutes they have in town. It was outside the restaurant where the scholarship lunch was yesterday. It's the first time I've seen them in town. Know the feeling. The whole time she was saying 'Oh wow Mum you know all the lingo.' I was just doing the same thing as I do here, ramble on. The furthest post was to a 17 yo in Sweden who until recently was an exchange student staying two doors up. Not bad for an old chook!

yes, you doing very good brenda. you are not an old chook by my standards, maybe your girls, but you still a spring chicken to me! My youngest is 35! Well, step daughter is mine too, I helped raise her, but she is soon to be 28!

I'm nowhere near your high standards MizT. I'm very nervous about venturing into the realm of avatars etc. This too shall come no doubt but at the mo I'm happy the way things are. I was also a trawler through the archives so it has been like watching the evolution of pooter knowledge. I have long marvelled at many of you and it has made me 'aspire higher'.

Ahh, shucks Ma'am, you make me blush! I have dealt with graphics a long time in our business, and for fun, I make our personal greeting cards. USUALY at the last minute too, but i started using print shop when graphics were BLACK and WHITE. It is easier when you learn bits and pieces when they introduce them.

I am learning things about that newer program that I had never used before, but I am comfortable with the program and am not timid, I will try , if it does not work out, there is the UNDO button heheheh.

Hi MizT are you still around?

Time?

Nobody is around so I'll rant by myself. I just got back from the awards ceremony and I am so mad. My two kids got awards but my son couldn't be there because they scheduled it at the same time that the local tv station was honoring the valedictorians of all of the high schools in the area. The pricipal explained why Brendan wasn't there but then he said that Brendan had turned in the rough draft of his valedictory speech and proceeded to read some lines from it!!! Now the whole school, faculty and parents have already heard part of his speech. What a horrible man!!! I am so glad this is our last year there! OK, I'm off to clean some more. Bye for now!

OH NO, that was soo unfair! Reading the speach before graduation. I do hope you mentioned your displeasure at this act to him.
