Will be going shopping today with D#2 while waiting to pick up son after exams. His school is in the vicinity of 3 large shopping malls. D#2 was mad because we stopped yesterday on the way home with my 2 sons and they got clothes and she wasn't there.

The scones went down well. Made three batches of pumpkin scones last night and the ones I made this morning I added some blueberries and they were a real hit.( 2 batches of those), about 58 scones in total.
Will add the receeps when not so tired.

I was looking at the discussion a few pages back where someone (I can't remember who) was a little nervous of meeting people they had chatted to on here. All I can say is that I did get a new family by meeting someoe I had chatted to on line

I changed my page last night when I got MizT's avatar for me. I decided to make it a graduation theme with a picture of my son when he graduated from nursery school when he was 4 years old. I'll replace it with a picture of his high school graduation after he graduates on Saturday.

You probably have said before Stella but what is your son planning o doing after graduation?

no words of wisdom really, I was a widow with two young kids, got a pooter and started chatting to some people on line (this was in 1998)

My son is going to Drew University at the end of August to study economics and psychology, but most important to him, to play soccer! It's about 3 hours south of us in New Jersey.

On guy put (gone for a smoke) next to his name. I hate smoking so I thought I would just tell him that he was damaging his health. We got talking and got to know each other before we had even seen a photo let alone met. We were married 10 months later and have been happily married for nearly 8 years now

It's American soccer, what you call football (ie: world cup)

you hear so many of the bad things which can happen from meeting someone off the 'net but not often the good things
