Thanks all for your shoulders to lean on. My biggest disappointment is that I thought this grand daughter was smart enough to stay away from pregnancy..... she is not a kid (28) but she is in a city with no family, pursuing educational needs and career advancement. She has not been in a money making position, has nothing to fall back on financally....and she's soft hearted to boot...I have no inkling if this man Really means something to her, but I think he must!!!! I just have to wait her out..but oh yes, I'm really on her side! She is a great young person with much going for her.....!!!!

Thanks Becky...Just conflicted in my feelings..a new life is a wonderful thing, but today much needs to go into the planning that is often ignored, until too late. I see too many problems for all concerned and I can't fix them, nor should I be the one worrying...I just wish I could be happy about this baby...a baby should always be wanted....and I don't want this for my grand...at this time!

Anytime you want to talk, let me know. I don't have much time for the chat room, but we could exchange e-mails there or set up a time to talk. I do check my e-mail every day. I kind of know how you feel.

Becky thanks...MizT has my email...I don't do the chat room either...I'm always glad to talk. I just found out about this when I came on line tonight. I'll become accustomed to the idea...never will like it..but will do what has to be done. When female children are in the mix, this is always possible, and life does go on. I really do appreciate you hearing me out...it does help!

It took me awhile to get used to our niece being 17 and pregnant. But decided she needed her family. I'll set exchange e-mails with MizT soon and send you a note when I get yours. Don't mean to desert you, but my eyes are starting to cross. Only got 3 hr. sleep last night. Don't worry tonight, get some sleep and look at it fresh eyes. Easier said than done I know. Talk to you later.

One sister bowed out of coming today. She'd had a busy w/e, has a sore back and has to work tonight! So just the two of us. Sometimes smaller is better.
