My friends are here! We stayed up very late last night, and I woke early this morning - especially early as daylight savings has just ended...

Stella, if Ally wasn't able to take pills it would have been awful when she broke her arm! She doesn't like taking them, but she can do it. I would buy Ian a packet of tic tacs and say 'practice', then you won't have to taste them!

Hi Brenda, Mermaid Waters is south of me, about an hour or so drive down to the Gold Coast where Madby3 lives. She would have been getting plenty of rain recently.

Not sure about the flooding but lots of canals in the area, quite a nice area from what I have heard.

Tami and Suzanne have been friends for nearly 20 years. I am feeling good after my procedure. Glad that it is over. Hope everyone is doing OK

Richard's step daughter has been out in Australia for nearly 3 years, but as she had caused a lot of trouble over here she has never kept in touch. We have only found out roughly where she lives through a comment she has made on Facebook

I heard from Mariana on Facebook today and she asked me to let you all know she is thinking of you. She has very limited internet access at the moment and it does not seem to work very well in Sudokuland!

I see that despite the end of daylight saving, the time has not been corrected. It is only 11.53, not 12.53!

Isn't it a server located in the US? It always takes time to straighten out time changes.

Yes, Heidi, after I posted that I realised that it will probably change tonight.

CynB, do not hold your breath for a change of time here in Sudokuland tonight. USA is not in sync with others for time change, we changed 3 weeks ago. I believe to get the clock back to Aussie time, a manual change chqnge is involved. Changing it always takes time! If you remember, time was wrong 3 weeks ago when USA went to daylight savings.

I just had a delightful chat with June on Skype. I need to visit my friends more often.

Suzanne and I have been friends for almost 25 years. Yes, that really was my mom posting. It really was an accident that I posted as her. I helped set up her page and then forgot to switch back to me.
