The 2 hens are coming from Washington State, where it's a bit colder than here. Plus we're having a warm spell... almost 50F. And they're going into a heated building. They'll be fine.

The problem I'm concerned about is a Pied Guinea I won over a week ago. It's in Wisconsin. The weather there is so bad that they say they cannot ship until the 16th. I start Jury Duty on the 15th. If I'm selected for a jury, I'll have to arrange to have someone else pick him up at the Post Office..

Suzy has been BANNED. She was responding to Heidi's comment about Jury Duty and used a prohibited word about the type of case she almost was on the Jury for.

Strange, that. What happens when you're banned? I have had posts be refused (I mentioned the names of 2 ancestors) and I was unable to get those through, but I was able to post other things. Do you get a message saying that you're banned?

No message that I remember Heidi, just can't post for a half hour or so. Sort of feels like when the site is broken. When it has happened to me, I have sent an email to Gath and received one back explaining the word I had inadvertently used. You have to be careful, sometimes it is a word within a word.

Heidi, the page just keeps coming up as page not found...

Slight diversion before I could hit submit there - Ally got a hair straightener stuck to her finger...

There you go, while I was fixing a finger Gail answered for me. Forgot to say I could read the page, I only got kicked out if I tried to post. Want to know what the word was? I'm not telling!

Hi everybody...be back after Bean's taxi has finished the next job....

Gail's taxi is not in use today, D#3 is staying home. It seems like the club brekky wasn't enough to spur her on. She got up and looked miserable so I told her she would be about as much fun as a wet blanket if she did not lift her spirits...she agreed and went back to bed!

I'm back...

Ally apparently dropped her straightener onto her finger and then couldn't get it off - it stuck to her!! It took several attempts for me to understand what she was trying to tell me, both because she was crying loudly and because it was just a super weird thing to happen!

Bummer that d3 missed the breakfast. I seem to remember it taking me a few days to get over a 'touch of the sun' when I was a youngun.

Gail, my mother gives the choccie stockings so I don't have to buy those..

My mother used to as well Suzy, but not anymore.
She probably would if we still lived in the same town. She used to buy them early...then have to replace them when some of the chocolate would go missing!
Nowadays, she sends all the grandies a card for Christmas with a crisp $10 note in it, and they get the same for their birthdays. She never fails.

Ebob wasn't dragging her butt this morning was she? I hate those mornings.

I am still around, just had to go turn off the hanging plant drippers, today is my allowed day to water.
I was also checking out Ruby's photos on her page. I was informed by a very reliable bird that they were there.

Rob From Utah Has asked that I post a short message for her. Rob's Husband Bruce Died on Thanksgiving Day. His funeral and celebration of his life were the following Thursday. Rob also lost her cat and her dog within the last 2 weeks. She asked that I light a candle for her, so if you light candles, I am sure she would appreciate one for her and for Bruce.

Thhis same message was posted on EASY also.

I'm back...less than an hour to drive into the CBD, drop Lachie off and I am back at the computer...not bad!
