Gday Rola, just letting you know I'm hovering. Had to step away from the pooter, I was starting to get speed wobble from lack of food. H said I had to go for a walk, he's concerned that I'm swelling up from the feet on up!

Going out to the kitchen to decide on dinner. Most likely Curried Prawns at this stage. Shouldn't take long.

Actually MizT I went to bed early but Hubby came after I had been asleep for three hours and made enough noise to wake me up........so now I cannot get back to sleep. Thought this was a good way to pass the time

You know you are a sudakuaholicsanonymousaholic ( Gails new word) then you check in during the middle of your night. AND you know there are 2 of you when you find another, like during topside night last nighT. No not me, Becky and Ruby and i forget who else from topside.

Hubby also likes to turn the radio on when he comes to bed. He says it helps him get to sleep. Of course it is very good in waking me up.
I had Laura today and picking her up had played havoc with my sciatic nerve so that is why I had gone to bed early.

Mine was up late late night too, out in his office listening to music, loudly. he slept in this morning and is back for a nap , so a slow day here today. At least he did not come into bed and wake me, sneeked/snuck in and slept in his recliner in living room. (lounge?)

Yep, lifting can do that, OUCH. I hope it is better today, what are you doing to help it? Ice or heat?

Went to bed with hot pack on my back and ice on my ankle as have had tendenitis in my ankle since Christmas (may have started out as gout as I had too many prawns and too much ham) and need to fix that before we go on holidays. Having physio on the ankle.

I lifted Laura up to feed the lorikeets(bright coloured parrots) in the tree. They were eating out of her hand. Then tonight she gave the possum some apple.

Off to UK and the Scandinavian countries. Leave in two weeks so have lots to do before we leave including flying to Melbourne to see our grandsons next weekend.

i could definately do too many prawns, my favorite seafood (shrimp here) but I do not prepare them at home, because of the cholesterol , and hubby does not need that. I do get them when we eat out, and he can order some other seafood. He will even bring them home to me on occasion, from the chineese food place that does carry out from the buffett.
