I am back again but what is the bet everyone else has gone? I was able to go straight back to sleep after my long chat with MizT.

MizT I was just ready to go back to sleep, actually I was enjoying out chat so much I kept awake much longer than I would have otherwise.

How are you faring in NSW June? Hope you have missed a lot of the storm

Hi Brenda, We have had plenty of rain, which is good but our daughter on the 10 acres has not had very much and she lives in the water catchment area for Sydney and that is the area that needed the rain if Sydney is to get off water restrictions. I was actually in Newcastle with my sister when the first of the storm hit and when the ship went aground (pictures on my page) but we left before an hour or so before the really torrential rain that caused so much damage and took lives. We actually drove through it and we were on the motorway above where a car was washed of the road and the whole family were drowned. Today the sun is out and we have good drainage so the yard should start to dry and then I can clean up some leaves (Autumn !!!)

We are still hearing and seeing film of the flooding, pleased to hear you are ok but with all that rai it is a pity not much is going to ease the water problem.

Brenda I just looked up our British Motor Atlas to see where Stevenage is and we will not be that far away when enroute between Marlow and Ipswich and then Colchester and Marlow. I am always intrigued when I look up where all the people on this site come from.

I think this one is my favorite. i found the site nancy and Angie or someone was using and figured out how they were turning animated smilies into non antimated jpg files. (see tricia pating self on the back, while tooting her own horn)
