yes we had a biggggggg party, which didn't quite go to plan as the caterer was rushed to hospital two days before the event so I ended up having to do it myself. I managed but as normal over catered

nearly 2 years ago it was MIL's 70th birthday. surprise party for her at my place.
we had caterers come in, just as well, 2 weeks before Party I went into unexpectedly into Hospital for 5 days..

yes I always cook far too much and we end up giving it away around the neighbours for days after, but rather have too much than not enough
