Gail, he has actually tried Vegemite and said he liked it! Only problem, he does not eat straight away when he gets up, he does have his morning ritual. first, 2 cups of coffee, then other personal business, then his breakfast.

Have now taken the last of the pumpkin scones out of the oven but will get up early to make some plain scones in the morning. Two of us are making scones for 80 people for morning tea so will make about 40 scones each.
Pilates was good but I am not able to do all the excercises. My pelvic muscles and other abdominal muscles are beyond redeption to be strong enough to pull my body about. It has helped with my posture and being able to 'stand about' without getting a severe back ache. I did a couple of extra roll downs to make you all feel good.

I have made some extra scones if you would like some with butter on and while they are still warm.

Scones with tea or coffee for those still in the AM or hot chocolate for those in the winter zone going to bed.

Thanx June, you're a lejj. Those scones smell great. Would the bowlers miss one or two. They would do nicely for my supper.

June, I would love some scones! The best scones I ever had was in a convent in Ireland when I was there with my sis and parents. My great aunt used to be the Mother Superior and we wanted to visit the elderly nuns still there.
