Gail, I just put dates into the plain scone mix and yesterday I tried putting in some frozen blueberries and they were very nice. Sorry I did not even realise TOPPs were there. Should have looked at the posts and done some sums.
Kept of the feet today but have to go to the city tomorrow which will not help. Lunch with ex workmates. I should not complain because I am really in good health. Just need to be able to walk about a bit more.

I've just caught up on the price of petrol - thanks for replying to that question. It's about 1.39 Euro/litre here, but diesel is about 20c/litre cheaper and a lot of cars (including H's) use diesel.

I have a couple of veal leg steaks which I will lightly crumb and cook some fresh vegetables.
I also took some peaches out of the freezer which I cooked in the summer. All very easy.

Rola, my sasanqua camelias are still in flower, have been since late Autumn. My japonicas have a couple of flowers. Way to cold here for flowers, temp didn't get above 9C today. Brrrr. And the fog hung around till midday

That makes a change Emm. You usually come in here with a glass of wine, and sit in MY Chair

My early camelias have just abou finished but the later ones are covered in buds and just about to burst into bloom. I can not wait.

Gail $AUS1 = .60Euro approx. I'm not bothering doing the conversion as I can see that it's a lot more expensive here (and it's too hard to do the sums!)
