I'm still trying to get caught up on reading. Stella, I hope Meghan's mouth soon feels better. Broni, yikes on the packing falling out so soon. I hope your mouth heals quickly. Yikes, I have a dentist appointment tomorrow morning.

Stella, I'm sorry Ian's flute wasn't found during the archaeological dig in his room. I hope it is found and returned soon!

Gail, I'm glad to hear that you have returned home safely! Of course, CRAFT's has hit, so I don't remember other comments I had hoped to make. Methinks a bit more sleep each night might help the memory.

Before I head off to bed (earlier than usual for me, but an early get-up tomorrow), I wanted to wish for excellent weather for everyone - no flooding, no cyclones, no tornadoes, no fires or threat of fires, rain where it's needed and not where it isn't. One can always hope.

ok i just read that shar's kid has a bit of a runny bum (and other stuff) and then suzy is next saying "don't you wish you could just kiss it all better?" i was thinking "hmm no. that is one thing that has to get better without a kiss!"

Diddums, is that all the sympathy I get????? Thanks Dag and everyone else, it appears that when the tooth was removed so was a bit of my jaw and that is what is exposed and yes it does hurt.

hello ladies. once again i am up. i pulled a heidi and got a great nap in today- thus the late hour. heidi, you crack me up! there is always something going on with you, or IH or an animal or a truck, or bird, or......i love it! i'm glad that all of these "goings on" aren't all bad, cause then you might not be such a fun lady!

most of my friends are older as well suzy. i think it has to do with what stage of life you are in. most ladies with teenagers are older than myself, but we have lots in common so it works.

it has been a while broni. i feel fine, but no nap for me tomorrow. i don't have the time and i've got to get this body back on schedual! so besides a wicked little tooth, how's it going? what happened with your boat?

you know, if you could send your painful mouth my way i would appreciate it. i'll bet you don't each much with that exposed jaw! i would totally win the weightloss contest i have gotten myself into!

each=eat duh! course you probably don't eat frosting all day like i do, so you don't even notice the slow down of your consumption rate. it would be a significant deterent to eat for me!

Yeah, feeling better than I have in a long time, boat still needs the final touches but have committed (yes white coat) myself to taking her out over Easter, been a long time since she has been out and really looking forward to it.

Heidi I had wondered if your rash had been an allergy...to the finches as they were the newest addition to your menagerie. Pleased to hear that I was wrong and that you know what it is now.
Suzy, most of my friends up north (1st marriage) are all a lot older than me. My first husband was 24 years older. Friends down here are all younger by between 3-10 years apart from Celia who is older. Richard is 6yrs younger than me and our friends are the guys he went to school with plus their wives. On here it doesn't matter how old friends are as we are all enjoying the same things.

Looking after Laura today as Sharon had an extra day at work. No time to catch up on posts.
The extra day at bowls is also taking up a lot of my free time (or should I say pooter time)

What are grand mothers for. I seem to have spent half the day playing pretend and spoon and bottle feeding a toy pig and a toy cow. "These are my babies and they are hungry'. Then when I went to vacuum up some small mess on the floor. I got 'Turn it off Grandma, you will wake my babies" (ie the dolls and toys in the pram!)

A friend called in and said she wished she had a camera to see me spoon feeding a small pink stuffed pig!

Looks like we will have 25-30 people for the BBQ for Keith and Lynne. I am looking forward to meeting everyone.
