Warning - mean kid story!

I took Ebob to gymnastics on Tuesday night and they were doing hand springs. I told her that it was making me nervous (that's how Ally broke her arm). She told me that she couldn't do them for a couple of weeks as it made her nervous. A bit later on, Ebob did another hand spring and landed holding on to her arm!!! She faked me out! Mean child!!

Suzy, goodness, Bad Ebob! Not nice Ebob! I imagine your heart stuck in your throat for a second there, know mine would have.

Scooter kitty got impatient waiting for me to come to bed. I come back to computer to find her waiting for me, already asleep on the computer tower. Nite nite Scooter.

That's funny MizT! Are you still leaving the computer on for her? I hope she appreciates your thoughtfulness.

Suzy, we have a " sleep mode" on puter, nothing much is on but one little fan. I am told it uses almost no electricity to leave it in sleep mode. so, she is happy, the computer is still purring to her, and she comes to sleep there. So yes, I leave it for her, and for me. she will come walk on me in the middle of the night. I just cannot sleep with little feet digging into achey spots. I wonder sometimes just how much pressure a cat's paw can exert, seems like it is out of proportion to their size.

HELLO EVERYONE.Just did the shopping,it is raining here and much cooler than it has been.Maybe summer is over.Sending get well wishes to June,Broni and anyone else not feeling the best.
Sorry the shooting bring back such bad memories for you Cyn.Why don't these people take their own life if they find the world so horrid,without hurting young innocent people who want to live peacefully.

Yesterday is was a proud Mummy talking of Ebob,now it is naughty Ebob scaring Mummy.

There is a stack of wind and storm warnings,some in S.A. NSW and Qld.

Nola, I hope that cyclone is going on out to sea. I forgot to check up on it today.

It has gone north again Mizt.They expect it just to turn into a rain depression but I have seen them come back again,they are VERY unpredictable.

Goodness, it appears Hamish has turned around and is coming back, headed for a landfall. That is one cyclone that cannot make up it's mind. Well, it is classed as a tropical depression, less wind, now, but what about the rains? My weather maps do not show how fast he is moving now or where the warnings are.

I read a few minutes ago that Hamish was being unpredictable and might even head back on himself. Maybe they should have called him Ebob!

Nola, yes, if it goes far enough north to get over warm waters again before it makes landfall, it could restrengthen. I hope that does not happen. One this unpredictable does not give a lot of time to prepare before it hits.

What about that dumb ship that tried to go where it had to go, cyclone or no cyclone, and now there are 20 tonnes of oil spilled? Not to mention the ammonium nitrate - that will kill a few fish!

I must stop saying...ah.Here in Qld,we seem to finish a statement,then make it a question.My brother from Gosford is always having a go at me for it.Do any other Queenslanders put "Ah" after sentences like I do?

And a tornado in SA! That is rare! I didn't see much information about damage though, just the video someone posted.

Did see a little about the oil spill near Brizzy,what a mess.Wonder if they found the ship responsible.

wonder who will get the blame for that oil spill?
I am sure the company was "encouraging" the captain to make all possible haste to his destination. But now that trying to get there seems a bad decision, well, it was always up to the captain to decide if it was safe enough to go, you know.

I should be getting off to bed here, since kitty is happily asleep. It is my bedtime and we have a busy day planned tomorrow. Library, and to get a few groceries and pick up more test strips for my glucose meter, and perhaps even a sandwich for lunch out, we will see how it goes. Hope hubby is in a better mode tomorrow, he had a case of the grouchies tonight. I was happy when he went back out to the dome to listen to some music, maybe that will help.
