The Choc Mud Cake receep is on the Recipe Page.. only it is called the 3 minute not the 5 min.
I use SR Flour, not plain and make it in a small bowl not a coffee cup.. and serve it with Custard.

I though earlier about making the choc cake recipe but, alas, I ran out of eggs last night so have to go shopping first. I'll do that this afternoon, too many people there in the mornings. If I go around 2.30pm, the pensioners have left, the Mum's have left to pick-up their kids and I just beat the after-school teenagers - good time to shop.

No seriously, I have found that it's easier to get a park, less people in the supermarket, easier to get a good table in the coffee shop - simply MUST have a coffee while I'm out.

the shops near where Mum lives Cynthia.
I take her grocery shopping, bring the said groceries back to her place and put away, then bring mum home with me for dinner and stay overnight.

I am in the early stages ( with my sibblings) of planning a big family party at my house, in late August, for Mum's 90th Birthday.

Sounds like quite a lot of the Family in Sydney will be coming..
not sure of the Family in Holland - one cousin and her tribe will be here mid year, whether she is here in August still is not known..

Wow, Rolanda, that will be a celebration.
My Aunty Vi (Mum's sis, pic in my gallery at my 60th) is 90 on March 29th. Big party at her place, organised by her son and DIL - looking forward to it. She's a real champ and at her age is still so active - nothing stops her. I have another Aunt (Dad's sister) who is 90 the following day, but she has now got dementia so I haven't heard of any big celebrations for her.
It is a great milestone to reach.
