Just stopped in for a quick hello. CynB, I found something purple in my closet and wore it today. My friend in Utah also made sure to wear purple. Be back later.

Hi Bobbi, Suzy, Heidi and Tami - gosh it's nice to be able to post and move through the site without being chucked off.
Bobbi - hope you're feeling ok now.
Suzy - I wouldn't shave Ally's arm either because of the way it would grow back. I think Gail's (? was it Gail?) suggestions would work better.
Tami - I'm so happy that people wore purple, thanks.

I agree that Gail's suggestion is a better one. I was just telling you what I did at that age under the same situation. The hair grew back normally.

Heidi - you're probably right - as a one-off it shouldn't make a difference.

Cyn and Suzy, mom is feeling much better. She reads the posts but does not post alot herself.

It is almost Easter, I know for sure cause today at the check out, there were Cadberry Eggs on display!

Trica, here in Australia.. the Easter Eggs, and the Hot Cross Buns have been on sale since January.

Finished the book, but not in time to get back to library. If the roads improve and no more rain, will go tomorrow. There was water across the road in a couple places, where creeks got out of their banks, and a couple more where flash flooding just collects runoff water. This was 10 hours after the rain has stopped, sure am glad I did not have to go out this morning!

My fav. colour is blue but purple runs a close second.

Have spaghetti bolognese here cooking for the evening meal.
Also have a lemon self saucing pudding in the oven but that is out of a packet.

I went to a candle party last night.
The company name is 'Partylite'.
Very nice items to buy but pricey.
I bought a couple of things though all the same.

Missed everyone again did I? When I receive my order from the candle party I will post pics of the 2 items I bought.
Off to do some washy stuff now.

We have just had a lovely evening out to dinner. We had a voucher that covered most of the cost of the meal. I had wok tossed seafood(mussels, prawns, scallop, salmon, calamari,Balmain bug) with garlic and chili.
Followed by creme brule and strawberries. It was all YUM!

Good morning all! Could not get on here yesterday morning. All of my posts disappeared. Can't remember everything I said. Oh well!

Going to get a second opinion on my shoulder this morning. Hope this doctor is easier to talk to.

I just asked my conversion program what 41F is in Celsius, 5C! We might get below that as an overnight low a couple of times a year... brrrrrrrrrrrr

Stella, I feel like a terrible Mum, but I think she is okay, I have never heard great. Hubby and others tell me I'm wrong. I hope they're right, and I encourage her as if they are. My big prob is that I have no musical talent so am not really in a position to judge!

Shorts at 5C????? I would have every warm thing I own on as well as heating... living in warmer areas turns you into a whimp!
