sorry, I went to look at your tree and then all your other great photos, cows, horses, birds, snowflakes, and nutcrackers!

I LOVE the nutcracker collection Suzy. how long have you been collecting them? Those crocheted ornaments are not shabby either, very good job!

AND, it is taking forever for pages to load when I post. have not timed out yet, but expect it at any moment now.

I bought my first nutcracker in 1994. For several years in Australia I couldn't find a single one. They are everywhere now!

I realised when looking at the decorations that most of the ones I make are not there! I've given them all away!

I just put 2 more photos on my page that I took last night. Incredible to see!

Are you having trouble getting posts through? I just sent mail to Gath asking he please look at the site, we have had reports for the last couple days of things being slow.

Not so far today Tricia, though I was yesterday or the day before - forget which. It seems to come and go.

Well I am back, but not for long and almost in one piece! Only one little bite from the flap wheel, nothing some Tea Tree Oil won't fix. Ewewewew didn't sting much!

Fast as can be now, after I complained! that is how it goes, Hummm, it is 2 pm on site now, wasn't that when we had trouble before? I do not remember if other days was at that time or not.

Tea Tree Oil is magic isn't it? Especially the strong stuff.

The rear view is nicer Tricia, she has red eyeshadow rimming her eyes (all the way around!) and funny contacts on - wolf eyes I think they are.

Suzy, Broni, I have tea tree oil and use it for lots of things! Hubby will not use it for anything, he does not like the smell. well, not realy happy with the smell myself, but for the good it can do overnight, yes, I will use it!

It's fairly rare down here Tricia, a Goth thing I think.

Well, bedtime for me, it has been a big day here. Oh the pumpkin pie was a hit at dinner, Al loved it. first piecrust I have made myself in ages, but I did not have a purchased one and did not want to make a trip to the store just for that. It was easy and turned out flaky. I am glad I have that whole recipe written down, just as I made it, crust, filling and all. Al said I should make one to take to Christmas dinner.

I will share a story to waste a bit more time...

I don't know if I mentioned that the party we went to was held by my great Aunt. She is 96, lives alone and has never had an operation. She knows the names and ages of all of her descendents (and there are a lot of them!) and has been known to correct her children if they misremember a child's birth weight, for example.

C Shopping almost done - just a few small items - easy peasy!

Air-con turned on here - 32C out there - I need to feel cool after my morning's shopping.

I am finished for the day now Zusy, had to go out and get petrol 92.9 today and deck paint for the boat. That is unless I want to still do that sucky thing or the one in the pool. Pool wins!

I have been catching up on reading, and there hasn't been a single comment posted in at least an hour, I would guess.
