To MizT and all others who wear Crocs - as you may remember I bought some last year and have been wearing them a lot lately but I have discovered a major problem with static electricity. Every time I try to come back in through my screen door I get zapped. Owwwwww!

He drove that far and didn't stop to get something to eat? Maybe he'd like to make something for both of you since you've been feeding calves and dogs . . . ?

I am so sorry to hear of your connection to the family. It makes it so much harder - and it's difficult without a connection!

Ebob did well today. She got to pitch, and her balls were being hit, which is a good sign. She played outfield and the 'other' team didn't get any home runs, while our team did. And she connected with a ball pitched by the NSW team pitcher, which is apparently a good thing too - even if she did get a foul.

I'm sitting here eating tasmanian cheese, crackers and fig paste - anyone want to join me?

There's wine or coffee - depending on the time of day where you are.

Heidi, food at home isn't free! At least not if you're the one doing the grocery shopping...

Hmmm fig paste... never tried that... think I will give it a whirl. Has to be coffee here, too early for wine! Though virtual wine is alcohol free so what the hey!

Heidi - serve him a boring store-bought frozen meal. He'll learn.

Fig paste with cheese is yummy, Suzy! So are fresh pears with Camembert or Brie.

TV dinner! That's the go... he'll learn to cook for himself if faced with enough of them!

I love Brie, haven't tried it with pears. How do you serve it? Slices or mushed up?

Have been busy today making copies of all my Christmas Cd's
for the residents at work to enjoy.
and made a yummy pot of chicken soup
that will be dinner

Going to the shops shortly
to get a few bits and pieces
and some food for my boys
still havent recovered from yesterday
all the food
but great company

I will try that Cyn, next time I buy Brie I will also buy a pear and give it a try.

Well I have to scoot and get some ffuts done. Watching baseball is mostly fun, but school uniforms are still required.. I was out most of the day yesterday (and it rained/poured/stormed anyway) so today it's another attempt to get clothes to dry in less than usual time... my doorways will be full again!

CynB, your cheese, fig paste & crackers sound yum! So does your pot of chicken soup, Dizzy Lizzy! But it's 9:32 pm here and too late to eat, except virtually. Enjoy!

At least IH will be doing the early morning calf feeding, so I can sleep in late. That is GOOD!

Hi girls. Have just finished hanging two lots of chrissy lights here. One lot in the outdoor area outside and one lot out on the front porch.
No tree here this year, just a small fibre optic one.

I think i shrunk some of my smilies too much.
They are just too small. Will try again.
