sorry, Ruby, I disappeared. When I pressed 'refresh' is disconnected me - and I couldn't get back.

I think my computer is trying to tell me something...it wouldn't let me post comments here earlier...and my last two have both disappeared into cyberspace...maybe I also need to disappear!

EMM, strange things are happening here too, so not just yur computer. I keep loosing comments into cyber space too. and of course it is always ones I forgot to copy first!

Morning Rola, yes a bit warm, but AL and I did go sit on the back porch for him to smoke (no smoking in the house, it helped him cut down, best he could so toward quiting). I took my spritz bottle and misted myself down, works nicely with the low humidity!

All you girls wondering abut meeting with cyber pals, I have never had a minute's trouble doing that. Many 'meet you for lunch' meetings, and I actually flew up to Minisotta once for a gathering of my quilting group, One couple from England and one from Australia in that mix. I drove to Nashville, Tennessee for same group another year. Met another Aussie in Atlanta and showed her the town (an Aussie Couple on extended world tour, loved that).

Drove down toward the coast to meet yet another Aussie family who were touring USA in a RV right after 9/11. She correctly figured, flying could not be safer or cheaper than that summer, and they drove from Los Angeles cross country, down to the Keys and flew out from Miami going home. They even got a reduced rate on the RV from a company needing some delivered to FLorida.

Nobody was a serial rapist or crimnal, just a lovely bunch all together. Some wonderful memories. But remind l=me later to tell you about the FIRST meeting I had, with a MAN from a gardening page. heheh, reaction to that one was too funny.

MizT. my first time to meet fellow sudokist I was a bit apprehensive. We met for coffee. I had a photo emailed of Billy and Mel (Emels), I sent one of myself to Billy. So we all knew who we were looking for...
Since then, been to 2 breakfasts, Evening out at a play with B + M, plans are made with Lynda/Perth and Mary/Bibra Lake to have lunch next week.. and end June hot hocolate with Billy and Mary...

Hello, anyone there? It is cold & dark in this room so I will turn on the lights & the heater & turn on the coffee maker, open a bottle of bubbly (although it is a little early for that here) & hopefully someone will see the light on & come to join me.

And I'll even bring in my comfy chairs & give it a vaccuum

Got caught up on the phone so couldn't interrupt your CP. Yes the shanks are very easy to make - just need time. I can't believe I forgot about TOPP (the most obvious Sudokuspeak word)

Ahhh, shucks, just missed Rola and Jenni. I shall have to go and check out the sudoku speak page, sounds like a good idea. Can we include Aussie apeak too? Some of the words GAIL is using, I have to gues at the meaning. Brizzie i figured as Brisbane bot something over the weekend I never did figure out.

I fed the hubby, and put away food. I must unload the dishwasher fore I can load it, that is only top slelf emptied at the moment, but shall get back to that soonest.
