Morning all!

All this talk of fruit trees - I have a tangello I was given for mother's day a few years ago - it's still only about 40cm high! And a lemon tree with one lemon on it.... sigh.

Holiday dinners are hubby's job. Thank goodness, we can all eat knowing it will taste good.

Hmmm, I love coming in and seeing a couple of pages to read, but I've just remembered the problem with that... I can't remember what I wanted to comment on!

We have a 4 day weekend coming up, 2 of those will be spent in Sydney, the other 2 at home. It should be good. The girls are starting 2 weeks off school, though it works out to be 2.5 by the time you add Good Friday, and the extra days at the end. They don't go back until Wednesday...

Just stopped in for a quick hello. Everything is cooked or prepped. I just have to reheat a few dishes and set the table. Even the beastie boys helped. I may not get back tonight, If not, I will catch up tomorrow.

Tami, you finished with a couple hours to spare, that is great. you did good, girl!

SUZY, enjoy your long weekend with family. sounds like a nice way to spend the holiday.

HI NOLA< Bye Nola.

I think I will bake a cake for Easter, we have not had one in a while. that should make any meal a celebration in my book hehehe. Wonder if I remember how to make a bunny cake from 2 round layers? I think I do, will have to sketch it and see. I seem to remember cutting 2 ears from opposite sides of the second round, and what's left over became the bow tie or something like that. Coconut to look like bunny fur, pink tinted frosting for inside the ears, and black liquorish for whiskers and a black jelly bean for the nose.

Lucky just had fun. i took him next door to IH's Lab and goat facility, and they had a bottle kid running loose. Lucky had the time of his life herding it around. He was upset when they took his playmate away from him. IH was worried that Lucky would stress it unduly.

Hi everyone!
Happy Passover Tami, hope you have a great day. :)
Heidi, so many great Red Dwarf episodes it's hard to pick a favourite! But ... I LOVE
"Quarantine" - Rimmer in a red gingham dress..."But who would clean up the mess!!?" Also quite fond of "Dimension Jump" with Ace Rimmer, and "Terrorform" (Rimmer WOrld). And "Backwards" is also great, especially Cat's face in the final scene!

Red Dwarf is one of my all-time favorite shows. Most episodes are great. I LOVE DNA, "Perry Como sang 'Memories are made of this' with one of THOSE in his pants?????"

Because I forget where everyone is going, sort of, I'll wish you all a wonderful long weekend and holiday wherever you are going! It sounds like it will be quiet in here for the next few days - except for visits from June's house....

I had most of the earlier series on video (still have, but don't own a VCR that works any more). Have never got around to getting them on DVD.

We do, own a VCR that works I mean. We've got too many movies on video that we still like to watch but have no intentions of buying again on DVD. I'm actually thinking of buying another one for the 'other' TV.

I haven't had my shower yet and it's nearly 10am - better go.
Lachlan has been at music camp all week and I'm off this afternoon to watch their concert. He's learning the trombone. Lachlan on a trombone really doesn't bear thinking about.
