Missed you by () that much!

Sounds like a fabulous gathering for your sister's grandies celebrations Stella. Have a great time. You certainly do have your hands full with your very large extended family. If miles were frequent flyer points, you'd have a trip around the world by now with all the travelling you have done recently.

Off to beddybyes now. If I eat any more cake I will burst! That's one on Sunday for my Dad, one on Tuesday at the family dinner for the combined birthdays, skipped having one last night (that would have just been piggish!), then a tangy lemon cheesecake tonight for Hannah's cake.
BRRP...scuse me!

Gail, 3 cakes? glad you have help eating them. We are still on the one cake I made for Easter! Today might finish it up. NOW if I did not insist on portion control for AL, it would have been gone days ago. I bought a cake carrier that the plate has lines marked, dividing the cake into 12 slices. He has to cut on the lines or I will not make another cake hehehe. The man loves his cake.

IH solves that. He just eats half the cake at a sitting, if not more. Portions? What are portions?

Morning all!
Not here, writing, but the other computer is searching for a term for me. It has been so long info I used to have at my fingertips has disappeared from my brain...

Am I obsessed and boring right now? Yep! Sorry!!

I was a bad girl. While grocery shopping for people and dogs, I gave in to temptation. The feed store had baby bunnies for sale. I got an adorable little female. She's brown with a while left shoulder and foreleg. I haven't thought of a name yet. Any ideas, anyone?????

Jaw dropping here... songs played at funerals...

Australian rockers AC/DC's Highway to Hell has stormed into the funereal charts along with Queen's Another One Bites The Dust, while Leonard Cohen's Hallelujah has a new lease of life after its recent success on a talent show.

'Morning All,
Suzy I have been to a funeral where Queen's songs were played. I was a bit taken aback when they started playing "Another one bites the Dust". The person officiating must have been as well as he explained it had been the deceased choice.(Deceased was a woman in her 50's who died of cancer)

I considered Spot. But I had a seriously disturbed cat named Spot.

June.... I like the deceased woman's sense of humor.

Heidi, How many people and dogs did you buy?
If it was the bunny in the photo I would call it twitcher (because of the spot on it's nose) but I trying to imagine a name for a brown rabbit with white.

The drive back from the stores took 1/2 hour. The bunny sat snuggled up against my shoulder the whole way. She seemed to enjoy the scenery. She's not much bigger than my fist right now. I think she's a cross-bred, so don't know how big she'll get.

I don't think she's obsessive. At least not for a rabbit. She's really cute, tho'.

Just when I get on a roll with my writing, I'm asked to drive d1 to town. Grrrr. That also means d2 will be alone (her friends have gone away for the holidays) and will want to talk to me all day.

Oh well, off to get the necessary done...
