While many mums have enjoyed a sleep in this morning, tens of thousands of people were up early to raise money for breast cancer research.

Australia's largest charity walk and run -the Mother's Day Classic - got underway in Sydney after an aerobic warm up.

It brings together people who have lost someone to breast cancer and those who want to get fit and donate to a good cause.

The nationwide event is in it's 11 year and has raised nearly 4 and a half million dollars.

Viv, that is a good cause. Are you walking?

Suzanne, I am trying to stay at zero. The last couple of times I have been in the top 2 or 3 on the TOPP list. Heidi tried on SA7 to not be at the top of a page and messed up a few times. I am being very, very careful. So far, 175 pages and I have been successful.

Good Night Friends. Somehow that headache many of you have been suffering found it's way to me. Classic migraine, nausea, blurry vision with the funny squigly lights in yellow and white included. I am well medicated, excuse any typos and other errors, and I am about to go to bed. Hubby had to come finish flinging our food, that sudden an onset. He did a great job.

Hi Suzanne...can't believe that we are actually both here at the same time and I have to fly...off to pamper myself...relax in the sauna and steam room before the gym closes in a couple of hours.

aha...Rola..I felt sure that she would have known from you...my VIP is really squirming trying to keep this to herself...it will be interesting to see what she has to say if she pops in b4 going to bed...

If cold coffee and toast is being spoiled, then I have been spoiled!

So much for the rest of the day, pancakes for late brunch...I will be making of course...and corned beef for dinner with all my children home...I will be cooking of course!!!

#1 boy popped in Friday with bunch of Flowers.
#2 boy made me a cup of tea this morning, gave me some choccy and a noice ittle tray with rose piccie on it.
MIL is coming this afternoon for 'High Tea' at 3.00pm.

Just checked with airline. Beastie's plane has landed. Will have to go pick him up in about an hour. They are taking a charter bus from the airport to the school and all parents will pick up at school.

I bet you're happy to have him home for Mother's Day.

Dear D#1 just gave me a box of Lindt choccies and three Singapore orchids. They were Mum's favourites and I have put them into one of her bud vases.

Went to a neighbor's house for a bonfire tonight, along with several other couples. We even roasted marshmallows.
