Good to see a new face around here again (not that there is anything wrong with the old ones) Welcome Kathi, it took me a while to realise that you have to refresh all the time when I first started on here.
Nola I hope that Greg gets lucky and finds a new job quickly.

Looks like I have missed everyone, so I will get myself off and go to St Albans to pick up some light weight camping equipment and spend lots of my daughter's money on it. Makes a change from the kids spending my money.

Heidi, why are you sorting lambs today?

Good Mean Sudokuland. I think it is too early to stay up this morning, it is cool and under covers just feels so good.

Kathi, sorry I missed your grand entrance, Welcome to our little corner of Sudokuland!

geeze, my knees are cool, back to bed for me. Catch you later and perhaps I can remember comments I wanted to make.

Welcome to SA Kathi .... it is really good to finally see you here.
I hope you are warming up nicely by now Tricia!
We are in for a few cold days...my joints will not be very happy!!
Suzy I didn't get to see the film...by the time I got off the phone after chatting to Vici it was rather late... Found a message on my phone saying that the 12.30 session had been decided on....I just need to keep an eye on when it closes...I would like to see it. Had a productive afternoon sorting through a couple of boxes of junk. [that is after I had to tear myself away from sending Vici links to places I want to take her...]

Good morning/evening all!
Kathi - so happy to see you here! We are having lunch in SF in a little over 2 weeks (May 27th @ 11:30) - I'd say we'll be open to Skype with anyone who wants to join us at about 1:00 pm PDT...of course, that would be May 28th at 6:00 a.m Sudokuland time! All you early risers get your boa and tiara on and come join the fun!
Anyone who needs my Skpye info, just PM me.

Bean, Vici's visit sounds as if you are going to have a lot of fun. Might be a holiday at home but you will probably be siteseeing more than you would around your home area.

Beanie - I am going to have to make some executive decisions with all the possibilities you are forward me! What a wonderful tour guide you are going to be. Sorry you missed the movie but happy we could chinwag for a bit.
BTW - I'm hosting the Bingo party in June and handed out my invites... for the 6:00 social time before dinner I listed it as "6:00 - chin wag" - confused EVERYONE!

'ello Brenda! how are you?
Heidi - I think lining my ducks up is about as close as I get to lamb sorting - haha!
Gail - computer/internet woes are the worst! Especially since I, too, am now one of the ranks of addicts!
Judy - your family search sounds very intriguing - have not done one. Could only do my mom's side as my dad was adopted and has no record of his birth family.

Heidi - a slower crowd (my bingo babe buddies) - maybe that's why I get to win so often...haha!
Mr. VV has just surfaced, so I'll head off to join him for coffee. Busy day of trenching for my permanent water system again today.
Hope to catch you all later! Hugs!

I'm doing ok Vici but I think I am going to have to move indoors. When I sat down outside with my notebook the sun was shining, but now the clouds have come and covered the sun and there is a chilly breeze blowing. Think I will take my washing off the line and go into the lounge before I post again.

MizT..... I sorted out 11 lambs to sell for meat. I'm being a bad girl... I'm buying some more finches tomorrow (babies, so gender and color unknown) and needed a little extra cash. These are totally unrelated to the ones I already have, so it'll increase my gene pool. Plus, I want to have a good, long talk with their breeder. When he started out, he had low fertility in his birds (few eggs, with many infertile ones or weak babies) and figured out dietary changes to solve that. He now gets nearly 20 healthy babies each year PER PAIR! He's promised to tell me his secrets.

Heidi sounds like a good person to talk to about your finches. Increasing the gene pool is a good thing in the long run for the birds.

The birds I have now are from 3 different breeders, and each of the pairs are supposed to be unrelated. But I do have some brothers and sisters split into different pairs. So these will help in the long run.

Challenger, like the other horses, is being ignored. I still have the chronic fatigue syndrome, and can't get motivated.

Good morning all! Sorry I don't have time to catch up. Been trying to maneuver things all morning so as to get the girls' stuff into the house. You would think that the stuff would go into their room, but no, their room is already full. Jerry can't park his car in the garage since his side is full of their stuff. I have a feeling that hubby is just going to start dumping the stuff in the dining room and living room if I don't find a solution. I have one day reprieve before Brendan's stuff comes home. He wants to stay an extra day at school to hang out with the guys graduating.

Heidi, I meant no offence when asking about Challenger, I had seen his photo on your page and wondered how he was getting on. I realise you are not well and thought maybe that he was still away training as you wouldn't beable to do it yourself.
