Shoot, missed everyone again. I was off doing ffuts again, that is never done! I have decided I do not like the color of the frames I have, told hubby, we wither paint them ( needs special paint) or we return them and start again on the gift. AAAAAAAAAAGH, but they are painted a yucky brown. they could be white, red, black, anything but that yucky brown! Nothing I am wanting to do to emblish them is looking right on yucky brown!

So that project is out the door for today. Let me see what else I can get into that is fun.

I'm back. I just learned that the new Rescue I'm getting is named Lannie. There is a chance that I'm getting him tomorrow, but it may not be until next week now.

all the cattle have hay in front of them. Now I have to catch all the dogs and lock them up, so they can't bother my cleaning help.

Apparently people have lives today. I feel SO abandoned!

HEIDI, we all keep checking in at different times. I was making and eating lunch, then wrapped a total of 2 gifts. Oh well, that is 2 off the list hehe. I need to make some desert for dinner today, but nothing inspires me . Maybe after a nap? My hips are still complaining. I have tried to ignore them, almost successful on a few occasions.

You could send your cleaning lady down here when she finished there. I had a good one, she went back up north where family is, her grand baby being born up there. yep, that will do it for a grandmother every time. I have not found another yet, still looking.

OHHHH, what a pretty tree you have Vici, if your real one is as pretty as your smilie it will be gorgeous.

Thank you Vici, I hope so too. I have brought a stool into santa's workshop so I can sit for some of the stuff I am doing in there, that is helping me some. Just will have to give them special consideration for a few days I think.

I need to run a few errands now. I'll be back in an hour or two.

Cyn – the Christmas party sounds like it was good until you had to leave. You’ve said that once she’s eating you can usually leave without trouble too. I’m sorry it ended so badly. But things with your son and his family sound like they couldn’t be better! Have a great time tomorrow!

MizT – the description of your wrapped presents makes me think I’d love one under my tree just to dress it up some! Mine are not as fancy, in fact hubby is the neat wrapper in the family…

Our tree is up, but not decorated yet. When we pulled out the lights a little mouse had eaten through the wires! How did a mouse get in there!!! I thought the pantec was mouse proof... New ones have been purchased and put on the tree so decorations come next. I hope I don't find they have been munched too....

i'm running around! i'm neither her nor there! off to register the car, pick up kids, go to a benny's ball game, buy piano music, check on the ceiling being built, take kids to tennis, buy a sympathy gift for a friend, slough off some utah jazz basketball tickets, pick up some quick dinner, give the mozart tickets to a friend, get all gussied up for tonights concert, then off to sing! whew! i needed that thanks! ta ta!

Suzy, what is pantec? This is twice I have seen that lately and have no idea.

OH Merry Mariana, you are so BUSY it makes my head swim just reading about it! I hope all gets done with no glitches, and everything turns out just right.

In another life the pantec was attached to a truck delivering groceries etc to stores. It then had windows and doors cut into it, an air conditioner installed, about a zilliion power outlets and became an office. We 'inherited' said mobile office but haven't had power installed to it yet so mostly use it for storage.

Mariana I hope you get through everything on your list today, and do it without losing your mind! It does help to share...

AND SUZY, nothing is mouse proof. Mouse resistant, perhaps, but if the little darlings want to get in, they will get in!

I have one of those sudokucubes, I haven't been able to do it even though I have had it for a couple of years. Then again I could never do rubix cube either.

Lots of good news today, esp. CynB needing to buy 5 more gifts and the gathering on Sunday! WOW!

Heidi's new rescue (Lannie) may arrive NEXT week. Cleaning help arrives today. Cows/calves, etc. fed & dogs put away so cleaning can proceed.

Vici's hubby Mike's hand is improving. Christmas lights are up.

Brenda makes wonderful gifts for male and female friends.

MizT is working on sprucing up some picture frames, but doesn't like their color (brown). She LOVES wrapping presents in WONDERFUL ways and we're all jealous.

Suzy explained her PANTEC mobile office/storage. A mouse chewed through the wires of her Christmas lights, so she needed to get new ones (lights, not mice).

Mariana has a TON of things to do today before she can get ready for tonight's concert.
