Unfortunately, I may have to go out tomorrow night to pick up an 11 year old Rescue collie named Lady. There's only a slim chance that I'll be able to watch Red Dwarf tomorrow night.

Thank you...it is good to be back. The connection hasn't flickered since it came back....and it is even running at a better speed...VERY strange....going to feel a fraud when Telstra turns up on Tuesday!! [I don't seriously expect it to be still up and running tho!!]

I am improving healthwise...sinusitis now almost a dim memory but the flareup of my asthma is taking a little longer. Getting onto antibiotics early has prevented me getting bronchitis for once which is good. Now if I could just shake the tiredness off....

Are you SURE that it isn't early stage Mono?

OH DEAR, I just realized, I have no web cam, it is on the broken computer! I will not, was not, able to connect with June and guests. My world closk is also on the other computer, I am in a bad fix here!

OH DEAR, comments are not available at the moment. Is the site broken? who did it? I noticed when I was here last it was sluggish, but I did not know it was on it's last breaths.

My sweet hubby connected the spare computer tower into the bedroom, and I am now in my comfy chair, at my desk, with my monitor, so much better. He said he knew I liked to check in on puter if I woke up during the night, or before he woke, so he would set it up for me. He got big hugs for that!

My computer was taken out to his shop, hopefully it can be resurrected. OH, poor Scooter if she tries to sleep on top of this tower. It has a handle on it and other things topside, it is not flat at all, no place for a kitty girl to sleep.

OK, lets see if this will post, but first to save it.

BTW...YES....I am puffing far too much...you can hear me coming a mile away as well...
Need to get well by Friday...taking our visitors on a tour of my favourite spots in the Dandenongs...I mightn't be fit for anything after that...let alone Puffing Billy...it'll be PUFFIN BEANIE all the way!!

What is the time where you are Heidi? You going to skype the folks at Junes?

Bean, what time is it at Junes? Is she same time as Sydney? Is she a suburb of Sydney? I am geography challenged for Australia, when it comes to suburbs and small towns.

Bean, it is 10:36 for me, and I forget if Heidi is on Central time like me or Eastern, so it is either 10:36 pm or 11:36 pm for Heidi. If I remember correctly, Heidi is very near the dividing line between the 2 time zones.

OH DRATS, just cause I am back at my desk and the web cam is staring at myu face does not mean it is working! NO software on this tower, this computer, aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhg. Oh well, there will be antoher time, but I did soo want to see SUZY and Keith and June.

It's 11:40 pm here, and I am quickly falling asleep. I had to be up early this morning to pick up the turkey poults at 6:30 am. I got less than 3 hours sleep last night. I'm gonna feed the dogs now, then go to bed. I'm not up to lively chatter. Sorry.

Just finished the puzzles - I am so slow! And I always have to cheat for the tough one. :(

Looking forward to seeing all the kids on Sunday. We'll be having our dinner quite late, because Laura is doing something with friends in the morning. I seem to have lost all organisational skills lately - I can't think what we usually have for Easter dinner. All I know for sure is that there must be a Bavarian cream with "birds' eggs" in a grated chocolate nest. This is required, and not negotiable.

Tricia the East coast of Australia is now all on the same time until daylight saving starts again...the time doesn't change until you head east and get close to the Victorian / SA border. Adelaide and Darwin are half an hour behind us [2.0 pm now] and Perth is 2 hours behind us...now midday over there.
June is in a suburb of Sydney ...not sure where exactly...

Oh no, Heidi - sorry you had to go to bed.
I'm here waiting for my turn but I think June said 2.30pm so I'll wait another half hour before I try to contact the BBQ.

Hello, Everyone! It's 11 p.m. here. We had a Homeowners' Association meeting from 7:30 until 10:30 - going over an amended "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions." Our state requires subdivisions of homes by a builder to have a homeowners' association to govern it. We went through about 50 pages or so of dry legal language. YUCK! But someone must do it, I guess. Now to get a few things done, and maybe get back to read a comment or 2 before bed.
(Sorry for complaining about the meeting - just 3 hours of nitty-gritty picky reading and some boredom.)

YUM...just as well you have been getting to the gym Judy! I'm not sure I'm game to start the hard puzzle...have spent enough time here today and on that note I'm gunna g't outta ere....CYA...

I just spoke to the partygoers on Skype - I saw and spoke to Keith, Lynne, Ian, Suzy, June, Kate, Sharon, Ebob, Ally, Laura and Leah (Kate's daughter). I hope I didn't miss anyone. It's always a bit confusing but was still great to see them. I think my call may have disconnected Heidi - I hope not but if so, sorry Heidi.

Everything went well. Plenty of food and good company! We then took Keith and Lynne on a sight seeing tour of some Sydney beaches and Sydney night life. I guess we will all sleep well tonight.

Good Morning Friends! We in Alabama wake today to clouds and showers and warm temps. It is as if that recent freeze never happened. Well, except for my front lawn. It has greened up, now back a dull brown. that grass is soo tender, does not like a frost at all.

I am soo sorry I missed the BBQ. No skype, no MSN, the computer had not recognized my camera .
