Just dropped in because I saw there was a lot of storm damage in SE Queensland and thought I'd send some thoughts and wishes out and hopefully that will mean that our SE Queenslanders will come in tomorrow and say 'twasn't us'...

Checking in without reading, it is WET WET here, still raining. A small chance it might turn to snow overnight. Well the ground is wet and warm, not a lot of chance of it sticking. Even if it does, tomorrow's high will be 50's, that should melt it away, so not a long snow event!

Now back to read the 5 or so pages I find from overnight!

Viv - my hubby takes thyroid meds...what a difference it made for him. Many symptoms he just accepted and lived with melted away. Hoping the same is true for you.

Mariana, we travel through Princeton to get to my sister's. You never know, it's never too late to try a little harder to bring up some grades if it's a college he may want to attend. Sports can open doors that wouldn't normally be open and a school like Princeton opens many more. Good luck to Benny with whatever he wants to pursue.

June, I am usually the one bringing home a auto without petrol! I hate filling up, epically if i am achey, makes it harder to do. Mind you, having the " pay at the pump" with plastic does help somewhat. Hubby usually makes sure I have fuel, but on occasion, he brings it home on empty!

MAMACETA, congrats on the new puter and hope it is up and running very soon! So nice of your "almost" son to come do it for you.

VICI, I am with you, wimpy about coffee. for me, lunch is the cut off. I might do decaf later in the day but too much de caf can keep me awake! No it is not just suggestion, there is a small amount of caffeine even in de caf coffee! Small amount x too many cups, and I have trouble sleeping! Ahhh, Vici, I have this boo bo, can your hunky doc kiss me and make it well??

eaa, I have just the thing for your ring in the bath! It is a product soldhere, but not yet there I believe, Scrubbing bubbles Maid for your shower! It is a bottle of some magic spray on cleaner, spray on and it does not rinsed off, that cleans the shower and tub automatically! I have not cleaned my tub in a YEAR! I get out of shower, when walls and tub are wet and push the button. It sprays and moves the spray to reach all corners of the shower! leaves it fresh smelling and clean too! Best $25 I ever spent for the machine and 2 bottles of the cleaner. Cheaner refills are not pricey either and last us a long time, just the 2 of us here. wish everyone had a maid for your shower!
