Wagdy, Hope you trip is pleasurable if it is a pleasure trip and productive if it is business. LA is a unique part of California. As for myself, I prefer Northern California, perhaps because that is where my grandchild lives. I will be visiting her soon.

Wagdy, you have opened my eyes and changed my perception of your part of the world. When I thought of the Red Sea shore, I thought of Moses and men in long, white robes and not a shade-cloth canopy in sight. But you have shown us a Modern Egypt with cities, automobiles, yatches, and bikinis. In today's modern Egyptian picture is a camel and her calf. Do people in Egypt keep camels, like many Americans keep horses, to ride for pleasure? If so, I think that is so cool.

I know you are in L.A. with your son now. I hope he shows you the best Fourth of July celebration. Let freedom ring!

Wagdy - Well, we watched your you-tube and it was great. I only regret that it took about an hour to down-load! (We have a dial-up connection.) While we were waiting, we went into the kitchen, cooked breakfast, ate, and came back! It was well worth waiting for. I didn't realize how big Cairo is! Thanks, again, for bringing Egypt to us. It was very interesting. I enjoyed the music, too!

I hope while you are traveling around, you can get up to LaCañada Flintridge, my old stomping grounds, and visit Descanso Gardens. Also in that area is JPL If it is open for tours, I recommend it. This is where they track all the unmaned spacecraft.
